The guest page speaks Georgian, English and Russian — the guest sees it in their own language.

You can sign in with a password now, not only through Telegram. Forgot it — the link to reset comes to your email.

Email address can be changed in your profile — the old one keeps working until you confirm the new one.

Bookings come in from the platforms by themselves. Connect the calendar link — stays appear in the grid, and the cleaning after checkout is created without you.

If two platforms sell the same nights, you hear about it the next morning — with the unit and the dates, before the second guest arrives at the door.

The invoice now looks the way your accountant expects: both registration numbers, the service period and exactly what you are paying for.

Nights are quiet now. Ordinary guest questions wait until morning and arrive as one summary; a real emergency still wakes you straight away, and repeats after 10 and 20 minutes if nobody answers.

Letters from Portie now arrive in your language: confirmation, password recovery and email change.
