2Set it up for themBuild the company, buildings and stickers under your own login, then hand it over with a link. Their trial starts on the day of handover.
3See your clientsFor each: how many properties, on trial or paying, how much commission you have earned. Earnings are always visible — that is your money.
4Request a payoutThe invoice is generated for you and the amount is calculated by the system. States are visible: requested, with accounting, paid.
Your rate never dropsIt is captured at the moment of referral. Change the general rates tomorrow and your existing clients stay on the old ones.
The amount cannot be inflatedWhich protects both sides: the browser never sends an amount at all — the server works it out from payments received in a closed period.
The client’s portfolio is theirsA client can hide what their portfolio is made of: how many properties they have and whether they are on trial. It does not affect how your commission is calculated or paid — you always see what you have earned.
