What counts as a property?An apartment or a studio — whatever you let out separately. A whole building is not a property.
The season is over and the flats are emptyPause the properties and they stop counting the same day. Data and stickers stay where they are.
What happens after the trial?Adding new properties becomes unavailable; everything already set up keeps working. Guests and tasks are not switched off.
How do I leave?A button in the Billing section. We return the whole unused balance and do not delete your data.
