What counts as a property?A flat, a room, a glamping cabin or a hostel room — whatever you let out separately. A building is not a property, and beds are billed on top of the room they are in.
The season is over and the flats are emptyPause the properties and they stop counting the same day. Data and stickers stay where they are.
What happens after the trial?Creating new things closes; everything already set up keeps working. Guests and tasks are not switched off.
How do I leave?A button in the Billing section. We return the remaining balance at the full rate and do not delete your data.
