FORMATS
One product, not five different ones
The format is chosen when the company is created and can be changed later. The words, the billable unit and the cleaning rules change — work, people and money are counted the same way.
Hostel
billable unit — a room, beds on topThe system counts beds, not doors: check-in per bed, linen changed on the bed that frees up, the room cleaned once it empties.Per-bed accounting is switched on per room, not for the whole hostelOne guest of eight leaves — the linen on that bed is changed, the room is not cleanedA guest scans the sticker by their bed to report the shower or Wi-FiThe room is billed as a property, beds add a surcharge: a bed out of service is not counted
Hotel
billable unit — a roomA room is ready not when the housekeeper says so, but when the steps are closed and the photo is attached.Daily cleaning is created automatically, without a paper listRoom status changes when work is signed off, not on someone’s wordAnything broken becomes a task for the engineer, not a noteHousekeepers’ shifts and days off are respected when assigning
Short-stay
billable unit — a flatGuests write from the sticker on the door, cleaning starts on check-out, the technician logs arrival with the same code.Cleaning is created the moment the guest checks outPlatform calendars pull bookings in without manual entryThe apartment owner sees their properties and what was done thereThe piece rate for a call-out is locked in at sign-off
Glamping
billable unit — a cabin or a tentThe site is set up as a building, the cabins as units inside it. After that it works like short-stay: check-in, cleaning on checkout, a page for the guest.Cabin, tent, dome — its own word, not “apartment no. 3”Off season: cabins taken out of service stop being billedGuests ask about water and power from the sticker, not at receptionSeasonal work on a schedule: opening up in spring, closing down in autumn
Management company
billable unit — a client’s propertyA client layer appears above the buildings: their own properties, their own rates, their own reports.A client sees only their properties and the work done on themAn owner’s complaint reaches the person doing the work instead of getting lostReports and invoices are gathered per clientPhotos after the work are proof, not a promise
One flat
billable unit — flatRemembering that the cleaner has to be messaged today and the meters read before the 5th is front-desk work. You just do it between everything else.Read more: One flat →Cleaning appears by itself after checkout — no dates to remember, no messages to sendThe guest asks about Wi-Fi and the door code from the sticker instead of calling you at eleven at nightAt night a question waits until morning, an emergency wakes you — you decide what counts as oneOne property, one line on the bill: no dispatchers, no departments, no onboarding project
